Sick Leave Bank
The School District of Kansas City Missouri shall establish a voluntary Sick
Leave Bank for the use of and benefit of all eligible full-time employees in
the District. The intent of the bank is to benefit full-time employees who
plan to return to work at the School District following an illness. In the
event of long-term illness, the purpose of the Sick Leave Bank is to provide
support and assistance to employees who have rendered substantial and beneficial
service to the District.
