New to the District? New residents should complete an application and visit our Admissions Office at 1211 McGee, Room 100. Please remember to bring the proper enrollment documents and also immunization records. |

| Current Resident? | |
Community Schools (Grades K-12) - Current residents returning to the district or new to the district should complete an application and then visit our Admissions Office at 1211 McGee, Room 100. |

Magnet, Special Needs and Alternative - Current residents should complete an application then visit our Admissions Office at 1211 McGee, Room 100. |

Early Childhood and Head Start - Current residents should complete an application then visit our Early Childhood Admissions Office at 1215 E. Truman Road (Manual site). |

Are you staying in your community or magnet school, or advancing into your community middle or high school? No action is required; your child will automatically be enrolled. |

Are you changing your address at a magnet school or within the same community school boundary? Go to your school and report the address change, your child will automatically be enrolled. |

Do you wish to transfer schools? Please visit our Admissions Office at 1211 McGee, Room 100, to request a school change for your student. |

If your child is currently enrolled in the KCMSD, complete a summer school application and then go to your regular year school to enroll. |
