Enrollment Documents
If a student is new to the District, the following documents are recommended for enrollment:

Birth Certificate

Proof of residency

Proof of Residency
Students must prove they live within the boundaries of the District. The following documents wil be accepted as proof of residency:

Lease agreements
-
United States or state government forms with the address

Water, gas, or electric bills

Court documents with the address

Personal Property tax statements
Proof of guardianship, power of attorney or a notarized affidavit if a student lives within District boundaries with someone other than a parent. Students under 17 years of age must be accompanied by their parent or legal custodian.
